Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new plugin purchases.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date

  • You must provide your order number, email address, and reason for the request

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Requests made after 7 days of the original purchase

  • Subscription renewals or license upgrades

  • Failure to configure or connect third-party services (such as OpenAI)

  • Misuse of the plugin, failure to read documentation, or using the plugin beyond its intended scope

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

Each refund request will be evaluated individually. We reserve the right to decline refunds if we determine that a user has misused our system or made repeat refund requests.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We strongly encourage users to test our free versions or view video demos before purchasing a premium license. This allows you to evaluate the product’s fit for your needs and environment.
