Use any plugin for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Modify, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent licensing systems
Use a license key on more sites than allowed by your plan
Misrepresent your identity or use temporary/fake credentials
Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund.
When activating any Pluginetic plugin, we may collect limited technical data, including:
The domain name and URL of the website
The IP address at the time of activation
The WordPress username that completed the activation
The specific plugin and version being activated
This data is used to validate license compliance, prevent abuse, and provide support. By activating any Pluginetic plugin, you consent to this tracking.
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend licenses if abuse, misuse, or violation of terms is detected.
Some plugins may require integration with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI). You are solely responsible for:
Creating and maintaining accounts with those services
Managing your billing and API usage
Complying with the terms of those third parties
Pluginetic does not store or access your third-party API keys or account data.
Purchases are processed securely through WooCommerce. Depending on the plugin and plan, you may be billed as a one-time purchase or an annual subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
Plugin updates and support require an active license
We offer a 7-day refund window for new purchases. To request a refund, email hello@pluginetic.com within 7 days of your purchase date with your order details.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Requests made after 7 days
Renewals or plan upgrades
Failure to properly configure or use third-party APIs
Use beyond the allowed license tier or site count

Active license holders receive:
Access to plugin updates and improvements
Email-based support for product functionality and setup
Documentation, knowledge base, and video tutorials
Support does not include:
Custom feature development or code modifications
Conflicts caused by third-party plugins/themes

We strive to provide high-quality plugins but cannot guarantee compatibility in all environments or with all third-party software.
Pluginetic shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, data, or revenue
Charges from third-party services (e.g., OpenAI usage fees)
Website downtime, plugin conflicts, or configuration errors
You use our plugins at your own risk.
All Pluginetic plugins, content, code, documentation, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Pluginetic. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of our products without prior written consent.
